Customer Service Department

We currently have an opening in our Customer Service Department, Vancouver BC.

Job description:

- Track and Trace cargo and provide updates to the customer.
- Maintain constant line of communication with the customer.
- Receive daily calls to assist the customer.
- Resolves all customer complaints and problems.
- Solves issues with shipments as they arise.
- Assists documentation in regards to questions about rates/terms on bills etc.
- Responds to inquiries, by email or phone, from clients/vendors and other ZIM offices.
